chilli powder

fresh lim

salt(if desired)

equel parts of butter and oil

TIKKA SAUCE

natural yoghurt

fresh mint

garlic(opitional)


Directions

1.preheat grill or broiler of stove. 2.remove all skin from chicken.score each piece deeply in waffle (crisscross)design. 3.apply chili powder over chicken parts liberally salt lightly (or not at all)
