Ingredients

1 multi grain tortilla

2 ounces cooked chicken

6 leaves baby spinach

2 slices tomato

3 slices avocado

2 tablespoons salsa


Directions

Heat the tortilla for easier handling. Place remaining ingredients on center of tortilla. Fold both sides in and roll into a log. Slice in half and serve.
