Chili with Cornbread

Chili doesn't get any easier than this. And Kids LOVE it.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small yellow onion diced

2 cans Tomato soup

2 cans (12 oz) dark red kidney beans undrained

2 cans (12 oz) black beans undrained

8 oz frozen corn thawed

3 tsp Chili Powder to taste

salt & pepper to taste

1 pkg The Uppercrust Corn Bread cook per directions


Directions

Directions 1. Brown one pound ground beef and one diced yellow onion. 2. In large stock pot combine tomato soup, all beans, undrained, corn and chili powder. 3. Add ground beef and onion to pot. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 30-40 minutes. Serving options: sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onion, crackers, corn bread.
