Ingredients

1 Lb Ground beef

1 Onion Diced

2 Jalapeno peppers Diced

2 15oz cans Chili beans

1 15oz cans Tomato sauce

1 15oz Ro-tel tomatoes

1 Bag Corn tortilla chips

2 Cups Shredded cheddar cheese

1 Carton Lite sour cream


Directions

- brown beef, along with onion, and jalapeño - add the beans, tomatoes, and tomato sauce - add 2 cups water - bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer - simmer 2 hours or more - serve hot,garnished with your choice of condiments
