Cut up 1 large head of Napa Cabbage and green onions (as much as you like) and place in large bowl. Add mandarin oranes too.
Saute 2 packages of broken up Ramen noodles, (without any soup spices), 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds, 4 oz slivered almonds in 1 stick of butter or margarine. (Watch not to burn, stir constantly). I have made this part with only 1/2 stick of butter, and it still turns out yummy. Let cool.
Cut up 3 cooked and cooled chicken breasts. Mix everything together, and toss with dressing right before serving.
I use GIRADS CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD DRESSING.
