Chinese Vegetables with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

2 tb Oyster sauce

1 ds Salt

1 tb Vegetable oil

1 1/2 lb Pak Choi (white)


Directions

Wash the vegetable under running water with a dash of salt. Separate the stalk from the leaves. Heat the oil in a wok and add in the stalk of the vegetables as these take long to cook.
