Chipotle Cheeseburgers

Ingredients

1 Onion chopped

1 Chipotles, canned in adobo sauce chopped

1 teaspoon Onion powder

1 teaspoon Garlic powder

1 teaspoon Season salt

1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

1 pound Ground beef

4 slices Mozzarella cheese

4 Hamburger buns

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into four patties. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from the heat for 5-7 minutes on each side. top with cheese. Cover and cook 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
