Ingredients

2 Cups Basmati rice

4 Cups Water

2 Bay leaves

1/2 Cup Soy oil

1 Cup Chopped cilantro

1/4 Cup Citrus juice

1 tablespoon Salt


Directions

Cook rice and water according to package adding bay leave before cooking. Rest 5-10 min. Add soy oil. Rest 5-10 min. Add final ingredients in order.
