Chive Toasts

Ingredients

3 oz French goat cheese

1/4 c Minced chives

4 tb Butter

In 24 slices

1 Whole-wheat baguette -- cut

1 tb Dried Rosemary


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix together cheese and butter. Add chives and rosemary. Mix well. Spread 1 teaspoon on each baguette slice. Bake toasts until cheese is melted (10 minutes). Serve warm. Makes 24 to 28 toasts.
