Directions

Melt butter and 675 chocolate Whisk eggs and sugar over hot water until 40c, take off heat and whisk in machine until cool Fold choc/butter into egg followed by vanilla, espresso and flour mixed with baking powder Fold in pecans and 800 chocolate Pour into lined gastro tray and bake at 180c for 30 minutes * 1 gastro is 4kg of brownie mix
