Chocolate Butterscotch Macadamia Fudge

Ingredients

12 oz semisweet chocolate chips

1 stick butter cut in slices

3 1/2 oz marshmallow cream

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cup sugar

5 oz evaporated milk

1 cup macadamia nuts coarsely chopped

1 1/2 cup butterscotch chips melted


Directions

Combine chips, butter slices, marshmallow creme, and vanilla; set aside. In a large saucepan, combine sugar and evaporated milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to boil. Boil for 6 mins, stirring constantly. Pour over chocolate chip mixture in bowl and stir quickly until well blended. Stir in nuts. Turn chocolate mixture into a well-buttered 8- or 9-inch square baking pan. Spoon on melted butterscotch chips and using a knife, swirl into chocolate mixture. Refrigerate until set. Cut into 36 squares. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
