Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

Ingredients

3 Eggs

1/2 c Chocolate chips

1/2 c Shortening

1 1/2 ts Vanilla

1 1/4 c milk

1/2 c Sugar

2 tb Butter

2 c Flour

1/2 ts Baking soda

1 c Brown sugar

3 ts Baking Powder

1 ts Salt

1/2 c Chocolate chips

1 tb Light corn syrup


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Measure all ingredients except last three, in large bowl. Blend 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping constantly. Beat 3 minutes on high spped, scraping occasionally. Pour into pans. Bake 40-45 minutes or clean pick.. Cool, spread with glaze, made out of remaining ingredients. Heat ingreditns over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted. slightly cool and spread on cake. VERY RICH!

Really enjoyed this cake! Brought to mind the true flavor of chocolate chip cookies. Love that I can make it with staples from my kitchen without having to stock cake or pudding mixes. Big hit with both my kids and my husband. Will make again!
