Ingredients

1/2 c Creamy peanut butter

1/2 c milk

2 c Sugar

1/2 c Cocoa

1 ts Vanilla

2 1/2 c Quick-cooking oats

1 Butter


Directions

Bring butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and blend in peanut butter, vanilla, and oats. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and let cool. A very decent chocolate oatmeal cookie. I followed the recipe exactly, and it was super easy. They are a bit dry to taste, so I may make them again and add something else so that they become a bit more moist. I would have loved to have added some miniature marshmallows to it.

I used a 1/2 cup of butter and 3 1/2 cups of oatmeal. Other than that, it's pretty good.

I used 1 stick of butter. Oh and I had to substitute 2 squares unsweetened bakers chocolate for the cocoa. Super fast and easy! Yummy too!

I agree not sure what 1 butter is either . I am sure it is a typo .
