Chocolate Eclair

Ingredients

1 box Graham crackers

2 3-oz boxes French vanilla instant pudding

3 cups milk Cold

1 9-oz ct Cool Whip

1 can Milk Chocolate Frosting


Directions

Mix pudding and milk with mixer until thick. Mix in cool whip. In 13x9 dish, line with whole graham crackers. Add 1/2 of pudding mix. Add another layer of graham crackers, then rest of pudding. Top with graham crackers, and cover with frosting. Cover and refridgerate overnight.

This is awesome and really quick! I added an extra layer of graham cracker at the bottom which worked out better.
