Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

6 Eggs separated

6 oz sugar

6 oz Semisweet chocolate melted

6 oz Heavy whipping cream


Directions

1. Whip the egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Place in a separate bowl. 2. Whip the cream until stiff. Place in a separate bowl. 3. Combine melted chocolate, sugar, and egg yolks. 4. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture. 5. Fold 1/3 of the whipped egg whites in to the chocolate and cream mixture. 6. Fold in the remaining whipped egg whites. 7. Refridgerate until set, at least several hours.
