Suggest a better description1. Whip the egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Place in a separate bowl.
2. Whip the cream until stiff. Place in a separate bowl.
3. Combine melted chocolate, sugar, and egg yolks.
4. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
5. Fold 1/3 of the whipped egg whites in to the chocolate and cream mixture.
6. Fold in the remaining whipped egg whites.
7. Refridgerate until set, at least several hours.
The quality of the mousse relies entirely on the quality of the chocolate used to make it. Choose good quality chocolate with a low melting point for best results.
