Ingredients

525 ml Double Cream

225 ml Milk

6 Egg Yolks

375 g Dark Chocolate

3 tbsp Icing Sugar ( heaped )

2 Vanilla Pods

1 pinch Salt


Directions

1. Infuse vanilla pods in cream foe 30 minutes 2. Melt chocolate in milk. 3. Blend all ingredients together. 4. Bake in bain marie for 45 minutes to one 1 hour at 140 degrees centigrade.
