Ingredients

250 gram Shortbread biscuits

2 tablespoon Cocoa

80 gram Butter

400 gram Dark chocolate chopped

2/3 cup Pouring cream

1/3 cup Butterscotch liquer


Directions

Process buscuits, butter and cocoa. Pack into fluted tins and refrigerate. Place chocolate, cream and liquer in saucepan and melt over low heat. When smooth, pour over biscuit base and refigerate for at least 30 minutes.
