Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

1 lb. Semi Sweet Chocolate

1 cup Heavy Cream

1 Tablespoon Orange Rind freshly grated

1/4 cup Cocoa


Directions

Cut chocolate into thin pieces and place in a medium sized bowl. Set asid. In a saucepan, heat cream to a full boil. Pour boiling cream over chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Blend in orange rind. Chill until mixture sets, about an hour. Roll into small round shapes and dust with cocoa.
