1. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. Brown sausage in a large skillet, drain.
3. Mix eggs, water, cream, and gravy mix.
4. Stir in onion, green peppers, sausage and stuffing mix.
5. Cover pan tightly and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to bake:
1. Remove from fridge, and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Bake uncovered 30 minutes, then 30 minutes uncovered. Add cheese the last 10 minutes.
