Chuck Wagon Goulash

Ingredients

2 Celery stalks, chopped

1 tb Cayenne pepper

Black Pepper to taste

2 lb Ground beef

1 tb Salad oil

2 c Parmesan cheese

4 lg Tomatoes, chopped

1/4 c Cilantro, chopped fine

2 cn Red beans, drained

1 tb Chili powder

1 lg Onion chopped

Salt to taste

10 oz Package spaghetti, cooked


Directions

1. Brown ground beef lightly in oil; add onion and celery and cook until onion is yellow and celery is soft. 2. Add beans, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapenos and spaghetti and seasoning; place in a 9 1/2 x 13-inch casserole. 3. Bake at 350F until hot and bubbly. 4.
