Clam Chowder

Quick, easy & delicious clam chowder! Easy to make on a work night & enough to have leftovers for the next day! Mmmm!!!

Ingredients

4 strips bacon

1 medium Onion diced

2 cups celery chopped

2 cans cream of Potato Soup

1 Soup can 1/2 & 1/2

1 4oz can Minced clams

1 1/2 Tbsp cooking wine or Sherry


Directions

Fry bacon, remove, sauté onion & celery until soft. Add soup, juice from clams, 1/2 & 1/2, & cooking wine. Heat until hot. Just before serving add clams & bacon crumbled. Heat until hot! Then serve!
