Ingredients

1 can (14 3/4 oz.) Salmon OR 1 pound salmon fillets cooked

1 package OLD BAY® Salmon Classic® Cake Mix

1/2 cup Mayonnaise


Directions

1. Drain can of salmon or use cooked salmon. Remove skin and bones. Flake salmon. 2. Mix Classic Mix and mayonnaise in large bowl. Add salmon; toss gently until well mixed. Shape into 5 patties. 3. Broil or fry 5 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning once. Serve with tartar sauce, if desired.

I used classic old bay, garlic salt, pepper and a little crushed bread crumbs. Mixed with mayo and let it sit for an hour before cooking. Family totally enjoyed them!

I used Italian breadcrumbs instead of the cake mix. Easy to make and yummy!
