MISE EN PLACE: Cube cheese; Snip parsley
1) Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold water.
2) Meanwhile, chop / slice vegetables and meats. In total, you should have 2 cups of vegetables or 1/2 cup meat + 1 1/2 cups vegetables.
3) In a large serving bowl, combine pasta, cheese, vegetables and meat, and parsley. Add salad dressing and toss to coat. Cover and chill for 4-24 hours.
