Coconut Cake

Ingredients

1 1/2 c Flaked coconut

8 oz Cream cheese softened

1 pk White cake mix

1/2 c Vegetable oil

1 Box powdered sugar; (2 1/2

3 Eggs

2 tb Milk; (or more if needed)

8 oz Cream of coconut

1 c Sour cream


Directions

Mix all together well and pour into greased and floured sheet cake pan. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Ice when completely cool. Icing: Mix together and spread over cooled cake.
