Coconut Cream Cake

Ingredients

1 box White cake mix

3 Eggs

1/4 cup Oil

1 cup Cream of coconut

8 ounces Sour cream

8 ounces Cream cheese softened

1 teaspoon Coconut extract

2 tablespoons Milk

4 cups Confectioners Sugar

1 cup Coconut, flaked can toast


Directions

Preheat oven to 350?. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, cream of coconut and sour cream until moist, then continue to mix for 4 min on med speed. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 35-40 min. Let cake cool completely and frost. For frosting: combine all ingrediants, except coconut. Mix until smooth, frost and cover with flaked coconut.
