Ingredients

14 ounces Coconut shredded

14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk

Directions

Mix these two ingredient together, I like to let them sit awhile so the SC Milk can absorb into the coconut a little . Then drop onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350? til golden brown, around 8 min. Remove from oven and let them sit for 10 mins. before removing from baking sheet. Enjoy!

I found his recipe a few years ago and made it only because I had extra ingredients left from my other cookies I was making that year. This cookie ended up being one of the favorites of all that I made. I ended up having to go out and buy more items to make it. When made properly this cookie is so chewy, moist and delicious. I still make these every year because everyone looks forward to having them.
