Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Jasmine rice Cooked

1/4 teaspoon Turmeric

1-2 Tablespoons Olive oil

1 Inch Raw Ginger Peeled and sliced thinly

3-5 Baby carrots chopped

1 pound Meat, ground chicken, bison, or turkey

2-4 cups Chicken broth

1 Medjool date chopped

1/2 Cup Mango chunks

Salt and cumin to taste


Directions

Cook jasmine rice with turmeric. Once ready, add to soup pot with other ingredients. Simmer on low boil for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally. Slow cooker can be used. Add all ingredients, including rice, and cook until everything is tender and has porridge consistency.
