Ingredients

1/3 cup

1/2 cup

1/4 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

1/3 cup finely ground

1/4 cup purified

1/4 cup

5 tablespoons canned

2 cups frozen, thawed


Directions

Preheat over to 325ºF. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch glass baking dish. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined. Spread into the prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown. Serve by scooping out with a spoon or small ice cream scoop. Best if eaten hot or slightly above room temperature.

Made for the second time and I still want to eat the entire batch in one sitting. So yummy!

I loved this. I wanted to eat the whole batch. It's a lot of corn though. Next time I think I'll cut the corn in half or double the rest of the ingredients.
