Ingredients

1 Pan Cornbread Prepared

1 Envelope Ranch Dressing Mix Hidden Valley

1 8 Ounce Sour Cream

1 Cup Mayonnaise

2 16 ounce Cans Pinto Beans

2 Cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded

10 Slices Bacon Crumbled

2 Cans Corn Drained

1/2 Cup Red Pepper Chopped

1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper Chopped

1/2 Cup Green Onions Chopped

1/2 Cup Tomatoes Chopped


Directions

1. Make cornbread. Cool. 2. Stir together salad dressing mix, sour cream and mayonnaise until blended. Set aside. Combine tomatoes, peppers and onions. Toss gently. Crumble 1/2 of the cornbread into a large bowl. Top with half of the beans, tomato mixture, bacon, corn and dressing mixture. Repeat layers. 3. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. When ready to serve, stir it all together.
