Ingredients

1 cup flour

1 cup yellow cornmeal

1/4 cup sugar

4 teaspoons baking powder

3/4 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1/4 cup vegetable oil


Directions

Stir together the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the eggs, milk, and oil and beat until smooth. Bake in a greased 9x9x2 or 8x8x2 pan at 425 F. for 20 minutes.
