Ingredients

1.5 pound Boneless chicken breasts Cubed

1 Cup Reduced sodium chicken broth

6 Oz Tomato paste

2 Cups Cabbage Coarsest chopped

1 Cup Green bell pepper

1 Bay leaf

1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Sugar

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

4 Cups Brown rice

2 teaspoons Basil


Directions

Combine all ingredients, except salt, pepper, and rice, in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Discard bay leaf; season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over rice.
