25 g Coriander leaves including stalks
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Tamarind concentrate or lime juice
60 g Desiccated coconut
315 ml Water
; chopped
1 sm clove garlic peeled
250 g Courgettes washed and

1 Fresh green chilli seeded
1 1/2 inch cub root ginger
This is a fantastic recipe, obviously a chutney but I used this as marinade for chicken on the bbq as well. Just add some white wine and a little oil. Or mix with yoghurt. Very versatile. A firm favourite with us.
