Cream of Mushroom Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

8 ounces elbow macaroni noodles

1 cup Cream of Mushroom soup

1/2 cup light mayonnaise

1 small jar diced pimentos

1/4 onion diced

1 lb sharp cheddar cheese grated

3 tbsp Butter


Directions

Combine all ingredients until well-mixed, leaving about one fourth of the shredded cheese to the side. Put in 8 x 8 baking dish and put the remaining shredded cheese as a layer on top. Bake for 25 minutes at 300 degrees or until cheese starts to bubble.
