Ingredients

1- 1/2 lb diced

1 stalk diced

1 small diced

1- 1/2 tsp

1 - 13 oz can

Directions

In saucepan, saute' onions, celery and carrots. Stir in potatoes and salt. Cover and bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in undiluted milk and pepper. heat until hot. Garnish with parsley.
