Ingredients

20 ounces Frozen corn

2 pint Whipping cream

8 ounces Milk

6 teaspoons Sugar


Directions

1. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. 2. Combine over medium heat to make a roux: 2 Tbsp melted butter 2 Tbsp flour. Add roux to corn mixture. 3. Stir in thoroughly. 4. Cook a couple of additional minutes, stirring constantly.
