Creamy Italian sausage and pasta crockpot

Ingredients

30 Ounces

10 Ounces

2 Cans Italian diced tomatoes

1 Tbsp


Directions

1. Brown the sausage in a pan and toss it in the crock pot. 2. Add the tomatoes, broth, and cream cheese in the crock pot. Set on low for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. (I season the concoction with salt pepper and a little bit of garlic, so feel free to spice it up to your taste) 3. Take the lid off with about a half hour left to let the sauce thicken. 4. About 15 minutes before you're ready to eat bring the pasta to a boil. 5. Either mix it all together in the pot or serve the sausage and sauce over top of the pasta and enjoy
