Creamy Mac and Cheese with Chorizo

Ingredients

8 ounce Chorizo Sliced

6 ounce Cream cheese

1 pound Elbow pasta Dry

1 Cup Water

2 Cup Heavy cream

2 Cup Cheddar cheese Shredded

1 Cup Parmesan cheese Shredded


Directions

1. Place the inner pot into the pressure cooker 2. Press the soup/stew button to set for 10 min 3. Combine all ingredients into inner pot 4. Secure the lid on the cooker. Lock the lid and switch the pressure release valve to closed 5. Once the timer reaches 0, the pressure cooker will automatically switch to keep warm. Press cancel. Switch the pressure release valve to open. When the steam is completely released, remove the lid. 6. Serve.
