It's like a very light side meal, if ur very full and can't take anything else in , try a crepe or two with assorted toppings.

Ingredients

1 cup Flour

1/2 teaspoon Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Salt

25 grams Butter melted

1 whole Egg

1 cup milk

Directions

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth then leave in fridge for 1 hour. One hour later, soak a tissue with cooking oil and wipe a non - sticking pan before each time you make another crepe, on low fire slowly apply enough batter to cover the surface of the pan (but careful not to make it too thick, for the beauty of it, is that it's nice and thin) leave it for a minute on one side and 1 and 1/2 on the other, apply some toppings like , honey , jam or cinnamon apples ... Yummmm...

There is way too much flour for the amount of liquid. I had to add a second egg and an additional half cup of milk. The batter should be really thin. Good otherwise.
