salt to taste

4 ripe cherry tomatoes

reserved Rasam broth

1 fennel, cut into 8 wedges stems removed, fronds reserved

2 tbsp olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

4 x 150g barramundi fillets skin on

salt and pepper to taste
