Crockpot Beef Stoganoff

Ingredients

1 Cup Water

1 cube Beef Bullion

2 Cans Cream of Mushroom

1-2 pounds stew beef

8 ounces Sour cream

Onion Flakes to taste

Garlic Salt to taste

Salt and Pepper to taste

Egg Noddles


Directions

Melt bullion cube in water in Crockpot on high. Add soup and seasonings & mix well. Add rinsed stew beef & cook 3-4 hours on High until meat is flakey. Add sour cream ½ hour before serving. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
