1 teaspoon Ground sage
1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 clove Garlic crushed
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Cornstarch

Yesterday I bought a beautiful 4lb loin at Sam’s Club. This morning I discovered Big Oven and this recipe. I added celery salt, Greek seasoning and seasoning salt. I love well seasoned food. Based on the review comments, I used half balsamic vinegar and half vinaigrette. I was away from home and the crockpot time was up so I glazed it in the oven. It’s juicy and delicious. Thanks
GumbolayaThis is soooooo good. We used leftovers in tacos. Also delicious that way.
gregoryrogersMy family enjoyed this last night! I substituted a pork shoulder roast instead of the loin, per comments below, and I added 1/4 cup more water to the crock pot. Not dry at all. I also included carrots in the pot because my family likes carrots. Thank you for the recipe!
erin4milesFlavors are good. Meat was a bit dry. Would add some broth to moisten the meat a bit.
TinaNguyen16This is a special recipe. I only use it for holidays.
