Crockpot Pepper Steak

Easy and delicious. Dredging and browning the meat helps to make a rich gravy.

Good crock pot meal but overall (and to be honest...haven't found a pepper steak recipe that has flavor) but just simply lacks rich flavor. Meal came-out soggy, mushy...like a pot of overcooked veggies and meat. Only real flavor comes from the sauce or tomatoes. Pass on making this again. Lot of work frying all the small pieces of steak. If I make pepper steak again..quicker and easier just to use a wok.

(I posted this) Picky husband loved it & said to make again. Great way to use cheap round steak which is often on sale. Lots of veggies here too.
