Cross-Country Conglomeration

I was seeking to create a meal based on an appetizer I love at a local Thai restaurant. It actually turned out to be tasty enough to share! This dish would be tasty eaten with chips, or in a taco bowl, or with other similar crispy flour tortillas.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 packet Mexican seasoning powder

1 can corn (drained)

1 duck sauce to taste

1 dollop peanut sauce to taste

1 sprig fresh cilantro (few leaves)

Directions

Brown the ground beef - drain it, then add mexican seasoning. I like Taco Bell chipolte-flavored. Stir in the can of drained corn. Add duck sauce and peanut sauce and cook for few minutes. How much depends on your taste preference. Add a bit of BOTH and stir together well BEFORE tasting, to season accordingly. The two blend together with the Mexican powder to create a unique seasoning blend. The duck sauce is sweet so be careful not to overuse it, unless you prefer it that way.
