Ingredients

1 medium Potato cut into thick chips

200 grams Fish

Vegetables steamed eg. spinach, broccoli, carrot

1/4 Lemon


Directions

Place chips on a tray lined with baking paper. Spray lightly with cooking spray, sprinkle with salk and bake at 220*C to 20-25 minutes. Place fish on a tray lined with baking paper. and bake for 8-10 or until cooked. Serve with chips, lemon wedges and steamed vegetables
