Directions

1) Heat Oven to 450 degrees F. 2) Cut chicken into 3/4 inch strips. 3) In a shallow dish, combine egg, honey, and mustard 4) In another shallow dish stir together cornflake crumbs, salt and pepper 5) Dip chicken strips into the egg mixture; Rock them in crumb mixture to coat evenly 6) Arrange chicken strips on a baking sheet 7) Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray. 8) Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through 9) Serve with ketchup
