1 pound minced

2 ounce minced

1/4 cup minced

6 minced

1 slice minced

1 teaspoon

1 tablespoon

1/4 teaspoon

1 tablespoon

1 beat well

1 tablespoon

6 cups


Directions

1. Mix shrimp, pork fat, water chestnuts, green onion, ginger, salt, rice wine, pepper, and water well. Add egg white to the mixture; then add cornstarch and mix well. 2. Heat 6 cups of oil in frying pan. Shape the mixture into 1 inch balls with hands and a tablespoon, and fry them in 6 cups of oil until golden brown. Drain and remove to platter. Serve hot. Pepper-salt could be used for dipping.
