Ingredients

6 Ounces Evaporated Milk

2/3 Cup Sugar

1/4 Cup Butter

Dash Salt

1 Egg Slightly Beaten

3-1/2 Ounces Coconut Flaked

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1/2 Cup Pecans Chopped

Directions

Mix evaporated milk, sugar butter, salt and egg in a small sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until it thickens and begins to boil. (12-15 minutes) Remove from heat. Add coconut, vanilla and pecans. Stir. Cool thoroughly before frosting cake.
