In a large bowl, mix sugar and oil. Add cake mix and mix. Add sour cream and mix. Add 1 egg at a time and mix. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and mix.
Grease and flour bundt pan. Pour in 1/2 batter, then add pecans. Add the rest of batter. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour. Remove from pan. Let cool 5 minutes. Punch holes in top and sides with fork.
Make glaze, by heating all ingredient. Pour glaze over the cake.
