Dijon Bourbon Marinade

Ingredients

1/4 c Low sodium soy sauce

1 ts Salt

1/4 c Dijon mustard

1/4 c Bourbon

1/4 c Dark brown sugar; firmly

1/4 ts Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 ts White pepper; or to taste

6 Pearl onions; minced


Directions

Whisk together all ingredients making sure the sugar has dissolved.
